He just conceded the first step in the first eligibility case to make it to the Supreme Court – http://bit.ly/c3TZiv
What he conceded was that the court has jurisdiction, without asking for a delay, neither of which he has done in any of the dozens of cases before. At best he was born a dual American/British citizen (no matter where it took place), and at worst he is an Indonesian citizen, which he had to be in order to attend the schools he attended as a youth. Either of those render him ineligible to have ever run in the first place. So this promises to get very very messy before it gets better. But now we have a fall back, even if this court hides in a hole like all the others have done. Now we have Congress on the side of the American people, too. The truth will out.
